For information purposes:   Wallace and Malagash are in the same area and 'Dewer' (as in Dewer's Farm) is a name found in the area. Per other information I discovered, the children of Donald and Isabella McDonald were actually born in Nova Scotia, Canada, but the minister there at the time entered all the birth & baptismal information in the Tarbat Parish Records upon his return to Scotland. This means the McDonald's arrived in Nova Scotia prior to the birth of their children.
