Martin "Dusty" A. Greaser: United States
Navy. Enlisted 23 November 1943, and was honorably discharged on 6 January 1946. He served
aboard USS LST 996 as a Motor
Machinist Mate, 3rd Class in the auxiliary engine room aboard ship. His LST was awarded
two battle stars before decommissioning in May 1946. He was considered a
"Plank-owner", someone that was with the ship from the beginning and throughout
their entire tour of duty. Martin is an older brother to Elmer listed below. To view

Elmer
Richard Greaser: United States Army, 8th Army Aircorps. Enlisted June
1946, and was honorably discharged in 1948. He served during WW2
as a Crew chief for the Mustang Fighter Group, P51 Model D. He was sent abroad
during his tour to Germany. Elmer is a brother to Martin Greaser listed above. To see

William Dineen: Served in the United States Marine Corps. Enlisted
1957?, and was honorably discharged in 1960?. He served during the Korean War....more to

Gerard Greaser: United States Air Force Reserves. Stationed out of
Niagara Air Force Base, Niagara Falls, NY. Enlisted in 1980 and resigned about 1995. He is

Donald Greaser: United States Air Force Reserves. He enlisted in about
1980, and was a reservist out of Ogden Air Force Base in Utah for many years. John

(Pete) Leroy Wheeler: Served in the United States Marine Corps during the
Vietnam War. He entered in 1971 and was honorably discharged in 1973. Pete is the husband

Lynn Wheeler: United States Navy. She enlisted in xxxx 19xx and was
discharged in xxxx 19xx. She is the daughter of Pete (above) and Kathleen (Greaser)

Vietnam War. He entered in 1969 and was honorably discharged in 1973. Held rank as SGT.

Wheeler: Served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
He entered in 1972 and was discharged in 1974. Rick is a brother to Pete listed
above, and husband to Julie Greaser. |

Joseph Langman: United
States Army. He enlisted in xxx 19xx ....more to be added later. He is the son of
Betty Jane (Garlitz) & Larry Langman. Betty Jane is the daughter of Martha (Greaser)
and Floyd Garlitz.
Karen (Dow)
Foster: Served in the United States Air Force. She entered on
11 Dec 1978 and was honorably discharged on 11 Dec 1988. Karen is the daughter of Veronica
(Greaser) and Gordon Dow.

Michael Dow: Served
in the United States Army & Marine Corps. He entered in xxxx and was honorably
discharged in xxxx. Mike is a brother to Karen (listed above), and also a son to Veronica
(Greaser) and Gordon Dow.

Fletcher: Served in the United States Marine Corps. He entered in
xxxx and was honorably discharged in xxxx. Jim is the son of Rita (Greaser) and Ed
Fletcher. Rita is a sister to Martin and Elmer listed at the top of this page. |

Michael Johannes: Served
in the United States Marine Corps. He entered in xxxx and was honorably discharged in
xxxx. He is the son of Rita (Garlitz) and Don Johannes. Rita is the daughter of Martha
(Greaser) and Floyd Garlitz.
