There was a variety of music in our home growing up. My dad was a big fan of Country music, while my mother seemed to listen to the Big Band, some Irish & Scottish Music. Lawrence Welk was a big hit for them to watch on Sunday nights. I enjoyed his bubbles, and the dancers over the music <chuckle>.

Anyhow, below are a few samples, and then some links to search for the music you might enjoy the most. I myself was a big Carpenters fan growing up, whereas Joe seemed to like the rock music <ick!). I guess our tastes are as different as my parents seemed to be. I think the one thing my parents did agree on together when it came to music was the WW2 type sounds, like Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy and others.
